Lie prone with the hips and trunk supported by a physio ball, legs extended, and arms folded in front of the chest. A coach holds the lower legs.
Raise the upper body to extend the trunk, pause briefly, and lower under control while the coach stabilizes the legs.
The coach stabilizes the legs. The arms remain folded while the trunk moves; this is not a same-side arm and leg raise.
