Starting Position

Stand sideways with the feet in consecutive ladder squares. Keep the gaze on the foot pattern.

How To Perform The Exercise

Cross the trailing foot behind the other leg into the next square, then advance the leading foot. Continue the posterior crossing rhythm with controlled hip position.
