Adjustable box, scale, tape measure, one rubber agility ring and stopwatch.
Set the box to make a 90° knee angle with one foot on top and the other on the floor. Place a ring at the ground-contact point. Extend the top leg and step into the ring; repeat for 60 seconds, then test the other leg.
Record box height and complete repetitions separately for right and left legs; compare the two sides under the same test conditions.
The video shows the box and ring with a brief series of step-ups. It does not document two full 60-second leg trials.
