Face forward and keep the knees and feet inside shoulder width. Bring the heels toward the buttocks while keeping the knees pointing toward the ground.

Face forward, keep the knees and feet inside shoulder width, and bring the heels toward the buttocks while the knees point downward. Use it in the lower-body warm-up before running and jumping.
