Kneel on the mat with the ball in front of you and place the palms on top of it.
Roll the ball forward as the shoulders extend until the elbows approach the ball. Pause briefly, then use the trunk and shoulders to return to the upright kneeling position.
Keep the pelvis, spine and head controlled through the reach. Shorten the rollout if you cannot maintain that alignment.
