How to Perform the Exercise

With the bar held above the knees, hinge slightly, then extend the hips explosively and pull the bar close. Turn the elbows under and receive it on the chest while standing upright.

Technique Cue

The high receive is made without dropping into a squat; keep the elbows forward after the catch.
