How to Perform the Exercise

Begin from the floor with a controlled first pull. Extend the hips explosively after the bar passes the knees, pull it close to sternum height and rotate the elbows underneath to receive the bar on the upper chest.

Technique Cue

Finish the receive with the elbows forward and the bar supported on the chest.
