Starting Position

Stand with the bar close to one shoulder and the weighted end resting on the floor in front.

How To Perform The Exercise

Step backward into a reverse lunge, keeping weight through the front heel. Push up through the lead leg and press the bar forward, then return to the starting stance.

The footage uses a floor-anchored bar and demonstrates both lead-leg positions. The book directs a one-hand barbell hold, then switching the leg and arm.
