Lie face up on a mat with both heels on a physio ball, knees extended and arms out to the sides.
Lift the hips to a neutral pelvis. Keep the hips elevated as you bend both knees to roll the ball toward the body. Extend the knees to roll it away, then repeat.
Keep the head on the floor and the trunk lifted; avoid dropping the hips as the ball moves.
