Lie face up with both heels on the ball and the knees extended. Hold a light straight bar with the arms extended behind the head.
Raise the hips. Flex the knees to roll the ball in while moving the bar toward the knees through shoulder flexion. Extend the knees and move the bar back behind the head to return.
Coordinate the arm and leg actions while the head stays on the floor and the hips remain elevated.
Equipment: Physio ball, floor mat and light straight bar
