How to Perform the Exercise

Start with the bar at the front of the shoulders. Step sideways, sink into a centered squat, then push off and extend the hips, knees and arms to drive the bar overhead.

Technique Cue

Keep the chest upright and the knees aligned as you move laterally; press from the leg drive.
