How to Perform the Exercise
Lie face up on a mat. Open the arms to a T, straighten the knees and raise the legs until the feet point toward the ceiling. Lift the pelvis by pressing the feet upward, then slowly lower the buttocks without swinging the legs.
Technique Cue
Keep the hips near 90 degrees of flexion and the head relaxed on the mat.

With the hips flexed and legs pointed up, lift the pelvis vertically without swinging the legs; lower under control. Keep the head supported.
