How to Perform the Exercise
Sit on a mat with the knees bent, chest lifted and feet hovering above the floor. Hold a plate or medicine ball with both hands. Rotate the trunk left and lower the resistance beside the left hip, then rotate right and lower it beside the right hip.
Technique Cue
Keep the feet elevated, head neutral and chest open. Rotate under control without rounding the upper back.

Sit upright with knees bent and feet raised; rotate a plate or medicine ball from one side of the hips to the other. Avoid rounding the upper back or setting the feet down.
